  2. Why wasn’t there a packing slip, invoice, or any other forms included in my order?
    We primarily will use email to correspond all information to you. To cut down on paper usage for environmental and cost standpoints (one reason why our prices are so low!), we do not have any unnecessary documentation that cannot be sent electronically. Please keep your invoice that was sent via email readily accessible, as it contains important information that may be needed for a return or exchange.If you lose your order receipt email, we can easily send you another one.

  6. Can I have an order delivered to different addresses?
    Yes, during the checkout process, you will have the option to select a different address from that of the billing address. If you do not change the address, it will default to the address you originally entered for billing.

  15. How many socks am I getting exactly?
    When you add one item that's $24.95 to your cart, for example, that means you're getting 12 pairs (or 24 individual socks) for $24.95 plus shipping.  To keep our prices low we cannot sell less than a dozen pairs at a time and we cannot mix and match colors.  We apologize for any inconvenience but we feel customers appreciate lower prices more than flexibility at this time.

  16. How does sizing work?
    Sock sizes are different from shoe sizes, but we list both equivalencies for your convenience. Because of their stretch capabilities, our socks are listed in a range for size.   Women generally wear sock size 9-11 while men tend to wear sock size 10-13.  However, both are interchangeable.
