Why our socks are doctor approved.

  1. All our diabetic socks (also known as edema care socks) come with a double cushion across the entire sole of the sock for added support and comfort. The cushion is built using a terry knit and cotton so it doesn’t cause your feet to sweat and doesn’t take up any additional room in your shoe compared to a normal sock.
  2. The breathable liner allows air to continually enter your sock and helps fight against odor and moisture build up.
  3. The 11″ cross stretch is the single most important aspect of our socks for people suffering from diabetes. The top is just loose enough to allow proper blood flow without being so loose that it slides down your leg. Often with diabetic socks, the number one complaint is that the tops stretch out. Our tops are built using a durable yet loose nylon to last as long as a diabetic sock can.
  4. The reciprocated heel and toe and knitted to stand up to the toughest heels and toes out there without being able to feel the stitching.

In addition to this, all of our products are first-quality, no seconds or overruns. If you have any further questions about our socks, feel free to call us (1-877-528-8706) or fill out our contact form.As always, we are here to help you find a sock that is comfortable and affordable, so if you don’t like ours - send them back within 30 days and get a full refund! Physicians’ Choice, premium footwear for diabetics.

    Hey Sarah,

I found this .pdf for you but it doesn’t specifically state whether or not diabetic socks are covered under Medicare:

    http://www.medicare.gov/Publications/Pubs/pdf/11022.pdf

I’ve contacted them and will let you know when I have a reply. Have a great day!

Update: apparently since it’s not specifically stated that they do cover it then it’s not covered. However, if you have flex spend then you can use it on diabetic socks. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great day!
